Meet our Rei-Ki Teacher

All our classes are personally conducted by Selvam Mariappan who has  been teaching Rei-Ki since 1997. He is committed to teaching Rei-Ki in the original Usui System of Natural Healing method without any ego-based modifications.

With an educational background in architecture, Selvam is a Chartered Architect with over 30 years of practice to his credit.

His interest in holistic health has also earned him a Doctor’s degree in Alternative Medicine.
Selvam is a keen exponent of the ‘Nature-Cure’ philosophy and has studied various natural holistic healing modalities.

Health modalities that he specializes in also include :

He completed the Basic and Advanced Level Rei-Ki training in 1991 under the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing .

Selvam received his Rei-Ki Master conferment in 1997 from Dr. Karl Jacobs of Thailand, also a direct-lineage Rei-Ki Master, and has been teaching Rei-Ki ever since.

A Rei-Ki Master Teacher with over 25 years of energy-work experience, Selvam is an inspirational trainer and has a large international student base .

We Teach The ORIGINAL Usui System of Rei-Ki

We provide 2 Levels of Rei-Ki training:

Rei-Ki 1 Basic Level
–  A 1-day intensive course

Rei-Ki 2 Advance Level
–  A 2-day intensive course

Intensive Training

Our classes are taught under the original Usui System of Natural Healing from Japan( Usui Shiki Ryoho).
Rei-Ki 1 Basic Level requires ONLY one day of face-to-face training with a Rei-Ki Master. This one-day seminar provides a very intensive and comprehensive training in the metaphysical background of Rei-Ki as well as other applications for first aid and alleviating pain and injuries.

Rei-Ki 2 Advance Level requires TWO days of training. The advance level of Rei-Ki empowers the practitioner to transmit this healing energy over long distances. Rei-Ki 2 is usually a residential course.

Both the courses are highly intensive and will equip you with everything prescribed under the original Usui traditional system of natural healing to be able to effectively carry out Rei-Ki treatments on yourself and on others.

Cost of Rei-Ki treatments available globally
Rei-Ki treatments in most cities worldwide can cost you about
US$50 – US$100 per hour.

Once you have completed this One-Day Rei-Ki Course, you too will be able to perform Rei-Ki treatments just like any other practitioner offering this service professionally.

Certification

Upon graduation, an individually stamped and gold embossed certificate of completion will be awarded to every participant.

How is this unique gift acquired?

Four attunement procedures called “Reiju” take place over the duration of the course, when your ‘energy field’s antenna is fine-tuned’ by the Rei-Ki Master. The fourth and final procedure ensures that access to the Rei-ki energy is available for the rest of your life.

No further training is necessary, although some students may progress to the Advanced Level of Reiki, which enhances insight into health problems and empowers energy transmission from a distance.

The only other level of prowess in Rei-Ki is that of the Master Teacher.

For many, a transformation takes place during the course of the training or soon afterwards, while others report a deep sense of calm and clarity.

Students are individually supervised and hands-on guidance are provided by our Rei-Ki Master and our expert Advance Level Rei-Ki Practitioners.

Seminar format

All our classes are conducted in comfortable hotel standard function room surroundings.
Students are individually supervised and hands-on guidance are provided by our Rei-Ki Master and our expert Advance Level Rei-Ki Practitioners.

Rei-ki 1 or the Basic Level seminar is conducted over the duration of a full day.
Students are taught how to use Reiki to treat themselves and help others.
Rei-ki 2 or the Advance Level is conducted over a duration of 2 days and takes people deeper and requires greater level of commitment.

Procedures taught at Basic Level Rei-ki 1 prepare the student for this next step and it is recommended that there be a minimum of three months between the classes.
Each participant usually will have their needs met personally.
