Welcome to the Rei-Ki family,
It was lovely meeting and sharing Rei-Ki with you last Saturday 20th June 2015.
I hope you enjoyed the class as much as I enjoyed your company.
Rei-Ki is a very special gift. It is very special to me.
In time, you will come to see its beauty too. You have already had a brief glimpse of this during the class.
As a new initiate of this energy, I would ask that you use it as much as possible, every opportunity you get.
Please make it a habit to always keep your hands on yourself.
And when you retire in the evening, you can do the full set of positions—at least Basic One & Two.
Remember to stay in each position until the energy shuts down. This can take a while in the early stages. But stay with it.
